Delivery conditions

Our products are delivered directly to your home. You will be notified by email or phone when your ordered products are delivered.

• Delivery will be made to the address requested by the customer.
• Delivery is carried out through transport companies with which LORRIERE has a contract or by its own means.
• The products will be delivered in special LORRIERE packaging. If you notice any irregularities in the appearance of the package received upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

Delivery rates

To place an order on LORRIERE you do not need to register beforehand.

Deliveries within Romania are free.

For packages sent outside Romania, the shipping cost is 140 lei, and they are delivered via DHL Courier.

Products on LORRIERE have prices displayed without delivery charges. After you add the products to your shopping cart, you will see the delivery charge for your order on the 'my cart' page.

Products can also be delivered internationally. Customs formalities and fees related to customs clearance are borne by the customer.

Delivery time

The delivery time starts from the date of order confirmation, and the average delivery time is 10 working days.
