Returns and exchanges

PRODUCTS IN STANDARD SIZES AND COLORS

You have 14 days to exchange the product for a different color or size, if the product is clean and unworn.

All products must be returned with the “OPEN ON DELIVERY” option. Any product that is not in a condition suitable for resale (the product has been used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Shipping costs charged upon delivery will not be refunded in the event of a return.

We will refund your money within 30 days using the same payment method (or refund the difference, if necessary, in the case of an exchange).

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Please note that personalized products purchased online, meaning those products made to order based on custom measurements or personalized modification of the item in any way, cannot be returned or exchanged.

According to GEO 130/2000 art. 10 letter c) – “The consumer cannot unilaterally terminate the following types of contracts […] c) contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer's specifications or distinctly personalized products […].”

According to GEO 34/2014 art. 16 letter c) – “…the following are exempt from the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 with regard to distance contracts and off-premises contracts: […] c) the supply of products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized […].”

Because we want you to be fully satisfied with our products, in some cases, we will make changes to the same product, if possible.
