We are committed to offering quality products at affordable prices, reserving the right to select customers. The products sold on lorriere.ro are made in the Pattern Design Concept workshop and are accompanied by a tax invoice, according to the legislation in force. All products and services are offered within the limit of available stock. For this reason, we reserve the right not to honor an order if the respective product is no longer in stock.

Each product is presented with a detailed description and a price displayed in lei, accompanied by relevant images. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed starting on the first business day. The ANPC Guide provides customers with detailed information about our products, so that the purchasing decision is a correct one.

Limitation of liability

LORRIERE SRL cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the site. We are not responsible for:

Damage, accidents or defects to products purchased from this store, caused by their use.
Typographical or display errors in pricing, features, product images, differences in color, shade, accessories or other details. Handmade products may show slight differences.
Errors in entering or displaying the price or product features. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery and inform the customer about the error.
Inability to fulfill an order due to out of stock.
Delays in delivery, destruction, damage or loss occurring during transportation, which are the responsibility of the postal service provider.
Incorrect or erroneous information provided by the buyer.

We do not guarantee that:

The service will meet the customer's requirements.
The Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
The products/services will meet the customer's expectations.

By using the site, the content and the service, the user is responsible for all activities arising from this use. The user is also responsible for any damages caused to the site, the content, the service, LORRIERE SRL or third parties with whom we have contracts, according to the Romanian legislation in force.

Promotions and contests

LORRIERE SRL establishes the regulations of the promotions and contests it organizes. These regulations are communicated to the participants through the website or other means of communication. The promotions are valid only for orders that comply with the displayed rules and are registered during the promotion period, within the limit of available stock.

The final, correct and up-to-date prices for all our products and services are displayed exclusively on the official Lorriere website. These prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Availability

Some products presented on the lorriere.ro website are not in stock and are produced to order in our workshop, which may extend the delivery time to a maximum of 10-12 working days. Information about the availability of products will be displayed on the website. For each product ordered, you must enter the desired quantity. If the request exceeds the available stock, you will be contacted by a company representative. For products made to order, the time required for execution and delivery will be specified. If a product is no longer available, you will be informed about the period required for it to be available or if it can still be sold.

Delivery time and delivery

The delivery of products is made both in the country and abroad. LORRIERE SRL reserves the right to confirm orders before honoring them by contacting customers by phone or e-mail. Orders sent on working days until 4 pm will be registered the next day and will be delivered according to the delivery time specified on the product page. The delivery time is 10-12 days. If the product is available earlier, you will be informed by e-mail. If the product is no longer available, a company representative will inform you about this situation.

LORRIERE SRL is not responsible for delays in delivery. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed starting from the first working day. Products are sent to any location in Romania by express courier or postal parcel, the delivery cost being displayed upon completion of the order. The cost of transportation is borne by the customer, except in cases where transportation is free. International delivery is made on a case-by-case basis, for details contact office@lorriere.ro .

When placing your order, you can specify the time slot for delivery. The courier company representative will contact you by phone before the package is delivered.

The receipt of the products implies the customer's acceptance that they have arrived in good condition and correspond to the order. The invoice constitutes a sales/purchase contract according to Romanian law. By signing the invoice, the customer expresses his agreement that he has received the products according to his order and needs. LORRIERE SRL is not responsible for the destruction or loss of packages.

Prices

The prices of the products on the site are presented in RON. We reserve the right to change the prices displayed without prior notice. Changing prices will not affect orders in progress.

Product prices do not include shipping charges, unless specified as free shipping. Shipping charges are displayed on each product page and communicated upon order completion. The invoice for the delivered products will be issued in accordance with applicable law.

Payment method

Cash payment/Cash on delivery - Payment is made in lei, in full, upon delivery of the package or upon collection of the products from the LORRIERE SRL headquarters. In the case of delivery by courier, payment is made directly to the courier based on the receipt.

Attention! The courier is not authorized to allow the opening of packages before signing for delivery and paying for them.

Online payment - Online payments are secured by the 3D Secure protocol (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code). This involves redirecting the user to a secure page to authorize the transaction. Accepted cards are those issued under the VISA and MASTERCARD logos (including Maestro, if they have a CVV/CV2 code). Product delivery is made after payment confirmation.

LORRIERE SRL will ensure the proper packaging of the products and the transmission of accompanying documents to the customer according to art. 155(1) of the Fiscal Code.

Right of return

According to Ordinance 130/2000 and Article 16 Paragraph c) of GEO no. 34/2014, personalized products, i.e. made-to-measure, are NOT returnable.

The customer can return the purchased products in the following situations:

The product is not as expected.
The packages show severe damage.
The products were delivered/invoiced incorrectly.
The products have manufacturing defects.
The products have the wrong sizes ordered by the customer.

The consumer has the right to return the purchased product, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt. The products can be exchanged for others in stock or the money can be returned.

Before returning the product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package by calling the phone number in the contact section or accessing the return form. The request must contain your name, surname, e-mail address used for the online order, order number, reason for return and invoice date.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, without signs of wear or damage, with all original labels and seals, in the original packaging and accompanied by all original accessories and documents. Products that do not comply with these conditions will be considered unsuitable and will not be accepted.

If the package contains products other than those ordered, has manufacturing defects or severe damage, the return costs will be borne by the Company.

PACKAGES WITH REFUND OR FOR WHICH SHIPPING PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE BY THE SHIPPER ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

The customer cannot claim moral or material damages beyond the amount paid for the order. The law states that products made to the consumer's specifications or customized cannot be returned, as well as products that can degrade or deteriorate quickly.

EXCEPTIONS: Products made to customer specifications or customized cannot be returned.

If you wish to replace the ordered products, this is only possible within the limits of available stock. Replacement of unsuitable products will only be possible if they are missing or defective upon receipt. Check the integrity of the package upon receipt and do not accept damaged packages.

Site content and intellectual property rights

The content of this site may not be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted or displayed for purposes other than those expressly and legally permitted. Extracting any information for commercial purposes or for sale or licensing without the written consent of the owners of the property rights constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions. All content of the site is original, and images and texts are taken with the consent of the source.

Any attempt to affect the security elements of the site or to prevent its use is considered a violation of the terms and conditions and will be reported to the authorities.

Consumers' right to unilaterally terminate the contract

Before placing your order, check the product specifications and its compatibility by browsing the product page. The commercial relations between the buyer and lorriere.ro are regulated by Government Ordinance 130/2000 on the protection of consumers in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.

PRIVACY

Accessing the website www.lorriere.ro , registering an order, creating an account and subscribing to the newsletter involve the automatic collection of personal data. According to the legislation in force, you can intervene at any time to modify, supplement or delete this data. Your rights can be exercised by a written request to office@lorriere.ro .

According to Law no. 677/2001 and Law no. 506/2004, LORRIERE SRL is obliged to manage the personal data provided by you in a secure manner and only for the specified purposes. The data is necessary for issuing invoices, delivering products, monitoring transactions and identifying buyers. The company takes all measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access.

Any newsletter or periodic message sent will contain our identification and contact details. You can unsubscribe by following the instructions at the bottom of each email. The messages sent comply with Romanian and international legislation on commercial communication.

Final provisions

Sending an order implies acceptance of the aforementioned terms and conditions and acts as a signature for the distance contract. Site users declare that they agree that Romanian laws govern these terms and conditions and that any dispute shall be resolved in court. In case of conflict, an amicable resolution will be attempted. If this is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in accordance with Romanian laws in force.
